SHIPPING & RETURNS

1.0 Shipping

1.1 All our orders are shipped standard or expedited via Canada Post. We are shipping goods to: (GTA) Greater Toronto Area, only. Please CALL for OTHER destinations. For more information about Canada Post parcel service’s click on the link: https://www.canadapost.ca

1.2 Once order and payment is confirmed products will be shipped within 1-3 business days. For shipping duration please refer to Canada Post current standards (https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/cpc/en/tools/delivery-standards.page). In case we can’t fulfill your order we will try our best to contact you as soon as possible.

2.0 Return Policy

2.1 We reserve the right to change our Returns Policy at any time.

2.2 Due to COVID-19 we are no longer accept returns or exchanges on personal care or other beauty products, including products that may have caused allergic reactions. All skin care products sales are FINAL.

2.3 Item(s) that were not purchased from us or contravenes the Universal Postal Convention, an Act or a Law must not be shipped to us. (http://www.upu.int/uploads/tx_sbdownloader/actInThreeVolumesManualOfConventionEn.pdf)

2.4 On occasion, we may consider accepting the return of an unopened and unused product. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

2.6 You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for items to be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid for by Skin Care Toronto (SCT) will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged products that had originally qualified for free shipping.

3.0 Allergic Reaction(s)

3.1 We understand that sometimes certain products can cause the allergic reaction. For this reason for people who never used this purchased product(s): we highly recommend to buy sample(s), first.

3.2 Nevertheless, we will refund or credit the individual product that caused an allergic reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use (with attached and dated photograph of the affected area) in writing, via email. Our email address is: info@skincaretoronto.com

3.3 We reserve the right to request a doctor’s note and photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of the products sold and acknowledge product manufacturer for product(s) return and refund.

3.4 Please note that all opinions, instructions, ingredients, and suggestions regarding products on our website have been provided to us by the manufacturers and/or their distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain products please contact your doctor or you may wish to contact us first to discuss your specific circumstances.
