SHIPPING & RETURNS
1.0 Shipping (to you)
1.1 All our orders are shipped standard or expedited via Canada Post. For more information about Canada Post parcel service’s click on the link: https://www.canadapost.ca
1.2 Once order and payment is confirmed products will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Depending on chosen shipping, the location and weather it can take up to 7 business days. In case we can’t fulfill your order we will try our best to contact you as soon as possible.
1.3 (Due to COVID-19, please expect a longer delay. All our shipments are temporarily adjusted to 7-10 business days.)
2.0 Return Policy
2.1 We will exchange or refund a product, if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned products must be in new condition and in original manufacturer sealed packaging.
2.2 Due to hygienic reasons we are not allowing returns or exchanges of any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction (please see Section 5.0 for details).
2.3 All products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and accompanied with an authentic receipt. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
2.4 Only regular priced products may be refunded. Products that were purchase “On Sale” are non-refundable.
3.1 We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at: email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. The photographs of a damaged product(s) will be helpful.
4.0 Shipping (to us)
4.1 To return your product you must first contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Upon approval we will provide you the RMA number and our return shipping address. The RMA number is valid for 30 days from issue date.
4.2 If you are shipping a product over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, or there will be no guarantee that the returned product was received.
4.3 Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4.5 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid for by Skin Care Toronto (SCT) will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged products that had originally qualified for free shipping.

5.0 Allergic Reactions
5.1 We understand that sometimes certain products can cause the allergic reaction. For this reason for people who never used this purchased product, we always recommend to buy the sample first.
5.2 Nevertheless, we will refund or credit the individual product that caused the allergic reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use in writing via email. Our email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org
5.3 We reserve the right to request a doctor’s note and photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of the products sold.
5.4 Please note that all opinions, instructions, ingredients, and suggestions regarding products on our website have been provided to us by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain products please contact your doctor, or you can contact us to discuss your specific situation.
