1.0 Shipping

1.2 Once your order and payment is confirmed products will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Depend on destination, weather, and other out of our control situation shipping might take up to 7 business days. In case we can’t fulfill you’re your order we will try to contact you as soon as possible.

 

1.3 Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

1.4 Please note: due to pandemics, or other global problems, shipments might experience further delays. 

 

2.0 Returns and Exchange Policy

 

1.1 We reserve the right to change our Returns Policy at any time.

 

2.1 In case of pandemics, or other global problems we are no longer accept returns or exchanges on personal care or beauty products, including products that may have caused allergic reactions. In this case, all skin care products sales are FINAL.

Local Product(s) Pickup Policy

Orders placed via phone, email, or text can be prepaid via eTransfer, or paid with VISA or Mastercard at the time of pick-up.

 

Following your product(s) order, please wait for our confirmation number and agreed time for pickup. We will provide you both information via phone, or email.

Make sure to have our confirmation number and valid driver licence, or other valid document available, if product(s) was prepaid. Verify our address on our website, before going to pick-up an your order.
